MUDRAS Yoga Therapy

The Sanskrit word “MUDRA” is translated as “gesture”, or ‘attitude’. Mudras can be described as psychic, emotional devotional & aesthetic gesture or attitudes mudras are attitudes of energy flow. Mudra is also defined as a seal, short cut or circuit by pass’.

(a) Dance (to express the feelings and emotions through bodily gestures).
(b) Rituals (in performing certain worships).
(c) Hatha Yoga (to help in stabilizing the mind).

We will limit ourselves to the region of Hatha Yoga which includes Asanas, Pranayama, Shat – Kriyas , Bandhas & Mudras.

Mudra Yoga helps to control the Pancha- Tatva in our body by controlling the Pancha-Tatva it improves our health . Pancha – Tatva means “Agni (Sun), Vayu (Air), Akash (Space), Pruthvi (Earth), Varuna (Water), . If you find some little changes in Pancha-Tatva (Elements) due to the changes in Pancha-Tatva we get health problems like B.P, Diabetes, Asthma, Viesing, Piles, Gastric, Constipation, Spondilises, Sytes , Heart Attacks, Obesity etc.

By doing Mudras above mentioned diseases will solve along with this it increase the memory power & clear skin diseases, eye problem also solves. There is “No age limit to practice Mudra Yoga” mudra can be done in some asanas. Mudras can bring about miraculous change & improvement in our body. Mudras generate powers to provide all round development of mind & body which brings peace & happiness. Mudras look like miraculous remedies. They provide instant relief in many illnesses. Mudras can cure almost any ailment from simple earache to heart attacks. Mudras helps in moulding the physical, Mental and even the moral aspects of the individual. These Mudras generate, redirect, and recharge the hidden energies of Panch – Mahapranas i.e, the immediate force which governs the physical body.
